Since my computer is officially in the suck, I've decided to get a brand spankin new laptop. I can't make up my mind about what I want because although I do want to do movie editting, I love Windows too much and can't see myself living with a Macbook. blah blah, here is my current lineup:

but WHY! besides no viruses or crashes, and easy-to-use programs, why? the video card is a pile and well.... it's a mac.

u can ezily fix the video card issue, coz of the new intel chip dude. stop hating. you already love itunes. and you listed 3 reasons for it. and besides, you wudn't have to buy programs, u can jus use mine. mac buddy. =) teehee come over to the mac side!!

if you just want to use it for movie editing then why wouldnt you just buy a desktop. Because as far as movie editing goes a desktop would be so much better for it, what with all the available room for a expansion/upgrading, and the larger monitors which would help for movie editing.

Sony makes a desktop that is water cooled specifically for movie editing, go talk to my brother at the sony store in st vital.
